The U.S. House of Representatives Passes President Biden's "Build Back Better" Legislation.

The democratic controlled U.S. House led by its Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, late last week passed President Biden's "BBB" legislation by a vote of 220 - 213.  The GOP as a party opposed the legislation and voted against passage.  The legislation is the second leg of the President's infrastructure bill that was passed the week before.  The "BBB" bill now goes to the U.S. Senate for action, debate and a vote.

And once again, Nany Pelosi and her democratic members in the House stood strong, passed the bill that the democratic controlled Senate has been debating for over 3 months and still no decision.  Pelosi has to satisfy over 200 of her members desires, moderates, liberals, progressives and centrist and was able to do that in a much shorter time, produce a bill, debate and then pass it.  Democratic Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer has only 50 members to satisfy but two, Senators Manchin and Sinema have an ego problem and think they are President and have delayed the President's agenda.  No matter how you cut it, dealing with 200 members is more difficult, but Pelosi has the political understanding to deal with people and important legislation and the U.S. House, under her direction knows how to legislate.

The President's "BBB" legislation is just as important as the infrastructure bill because it addresses the human needs and the U.S. Senate needs to take its cue from the House and pass the House bill.  Forget about the Senate being called a deliberate body because its deliberations have to produce an agreement and has failed to do so as of this date.  The Senate is the people's house also so act like it and start to produce like the U.S. House did.

The government can afford the  legislation because its paid for.  There are no more excuses for Manchin and Sinema.
